A new Church Plant in Central NC
Our Redemption Church (ORC) is a brand new church launching in central North Carolina! In a very complex world, a ragtag group of us have decided to keep it simple. We have been asking ourselves, wouldn’t it be great if a church could have a Vision and Mission Statement that is grounded solely in the words of Jesus Christ? Even better, wouldn’t it be amazing if a church’s Vision and Mission Statement could be founded on precisely what Jesus said was THE Greatest Commandment?
When the religious leaders of Jesus' day came to him and asked, "What is the greatest Commandment?" Jesus said..,
When we put that Great Commandment in the context of a God honoring Vision and Mission Statement, ORC’s Vision and Mission came to life and we knew we had stumbled upon a great Vision and Mission!
Mission: We exist to love God with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength, and love our neighbor as ourselves. (Matthew 22:37)
Welcome to our brand-new website! We’re excited you found us and are curious to learn more about a new church launching right here in Central North Carolina.
Over the next few months, we would love to have you join us on the journey of planting Our Redemption Church! (ORC)Instead of having everything nice and tidy, slick and already done, we have chosen to take you on a journey and together we can watch it all unfold before our very eyes. As you know, these are challenging days. That also means people need God and His church more than ever. A group of us are believing and trusting God to bring forth a much needed church for such a time as this!
