Jessica J. Kelley launched her own commercial real estate firm after eighteen years with national companies, building deep expertise in tenant representation, landlord representation, investment sales, and consulting. She holds a master’s degree and the CCIM designation, having served as President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter and now sitting on the global Board of Directors. Known as both a team builder and a mentor, Jess is passionate about giving back—she loves God and loves serving her community. A dynamic, fun, and vivacious leader, she brings tremendous energy to her role as ORC’s Director of First Contact. Jess is the proud mother of five grown children and is married to Pastor Benji; together, they live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
